    Mike Ruge is an e-commerce website dedicated to the sale of professional products for photographic education. All individuals or legal entities purchasing on mikeruge.eu are considered customers under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms govern the sale of products listed on the website, from order registration onward. They apply to sales made via Internet, phone, fax, and email.

    Conditions and Acceptance

    By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before confirming an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservations. These terms apply to the exclusion of any other conditions, except for special agreements made in writing and signed by both parties.

    It is strictly forbidden for buyers to enter false, fictitious, or misleading information during the registration process necessary to execute the contract. The personal data, phone number, and email address provided must be real and personal (not belonging to third parties).

    Modification of Sales Terms

    Mike Ruge reserves the unquestionable right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.

    Products

    Mike Ruge is committed to presenting the essential characteristics of all listed products. Photographs illustrating the products may not always be 100% identical to the actual product due to ongoing design and color research, though the quality of the product will always be equivalent or improved. In case of errors, Mike Ruge shall not be held responsible.

    All products comply with the regulations governing their distribution and use at the EU and national levels. Required products are accompanied by a certificate of conformity.

    The mikeruge.eu quality system ensures a rigorous selection of suppliers and careful product control to guarantee safety and high quality. For any technical or regulatory information, or for additional documentation such as technical sheets, customers may contact Customer Service for assistance.

    Prices

    All prices on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded.

    Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice due to supplier pricing variations, product launches, promotions, or sales.

    Orders

    • The minimum order amount is €0.20 (including VAT).
    • Customers must complete the personal data form, specifying the delivery address, phone number, and email address.
    • Customers must carefully review their order before confirming. Mike Ruge is not responsible for incorrect purchases or order cancellations not communicated via email or fax.
    • Modifications to payment, product selection, or shipping address must be communicated within one hour of placing the order.

    Payment Methods

    PayPal / Credit Card

    The most widely used secure online payment system, allowing real-time payments. Sellers never see credit card details, which are encrypted through a special security system. A PayPal account is not required—customers can pay by entering credit card details on the redirected payment page.

    Order Confirmation

    For every order placed on the website, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

    Invoices

    The invoice will be attached to the confirmation email. Copies of sales invoices can be requested by emailing mikerugeassistance@gmail.com.

    Delivery Times

    • Order confirmation emails are sent within one hour of purchase.
    • If no email is received within 24 hours, contact Mike Ruge Customer Service immediately.

    Refunds

    🔴 No refunds will be issued as the products are digital and cannot be deactivated. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you waive the right of withdrawal and refund.

    ✅ Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

    1. Unsolvable technical issue
    2. Non-disclosed non-compliance

    🚫 Reservations (deposits) for courses and workshops are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

    ⚠️ Important:

    • Refunds for technical issues will only be granted after a technician has attempted to resolve the problem remotely.
    • If the customer refuses support, the refund request will be denied.
    • Refunds will also be denied if an incompatibility is discovered post-purchase and was already clearly stated on mikeruge.eu.
